I ordered the wrong size. Can I return/exchange the item?
We are happy to exchange items if the size is incorrect. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer as are any price differentials between sizes. You may return an item for exchange within 14 days of the shipment date. Please provide email notification of a return prior to sending the item, so that we can ensure the item is attainable or in stock for you. Return information must include a return address and the desired sizing clearly specified when returned for exchange.
For custom made orders: As each item is custom made upon order, they are not refundable. However, we will be happy to exchange the item for another size that will work better for you. If you refuse an exchange and want a refund, it is subject to a 25% stocking fee to cover costs associated with creating the original items.
My dog pulls on his/her leash alot. Are these products sturdy?
Absolutely! Over 15,000 collars have been made and sold over the years. They are constructed of the same materials as dog collars in the pet stores but are softer and much nicer to look at! Our own 90+ pound dogs have been using and pulling on them for years. As with any product, it is the consumers responsibility to determine the use of the product and appropriate supervision.
I need a different width and length combination on a custom collar. Is this possible?
Probably, just ask us. Collars are available in widths of 5/8", 3/4" and 1" wide. We can usually adjust the length as needed, as each item is made from scratch. We will be gradually adding a message box to each item for special instructions. Or use the Contact Us/Feedback Form to let us know what you need. Please keep in mind that this is for custom handmade items only. We cannot alter retail items.
