This is a MARTINGALE style collar, combo collar, or limited choke collar. There is a D-ring for tags and a D-Ring for the leash on the combo loop. This collar is typically used for dogs with small heads and larger necks (i.e greyhound, whippet) where a traditional collar would slide off but is also used on other dogs in training and control as one would with a choke collar.
Each product is made by Lupine. The leashes & collars are constructed of high quality woven jacquard webbing. These are not printed so the colors will not rub off as it could in a printed product.
